As summer comes to a close, we’d like to recognize and celebrate all the incredible accomplishments of our 4-H members this year! We are especially proud of all the hard work they put into their projects and the effort they put into strengthening our communities through community service.

We are so proud of each and every one of our members and all that they accomplished! Whether they earned an award or ribbon, learned a new skill, overcame a challenge, or simply gave their best effort, every project represents time, dedication, and growth.
A huge thank you to the parents, families, volunteers, and community supporters who encouraged our 4-H members every step of the way.

Here’s to a wonderful summer of 4-H memories and an exciting year ahead!

Blooms to Bounty is an educational event featuring speakers on a variety of gardening topics such as native plants, heirlooms, landscape design and more.

The next event will be September 3, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bravo Room at Hobart Arena.

Seating will be limited to the first 125 registrants. The fee is $55 for public and $50 for MGVs

The next in-person training will be held on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. September 29 through November 17 in the Hobart Civic Center, 510 W Water St in Troy. There will be a mandatory orientation on September 15, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The remainder of the course will be in-person lectures, laboratories, required reading and assignments.

Applications are now available. You must create an account and fill out an application by September 11 to be considered. The course fee is $200 and must be paid by September 11. Email [email protected] with questions.
