As we head into the fall and holiday season, September’s housing data offers a fresh look at what’s happening across MOAR’s six-county region. Available inventory increased in every county, giving buyers more options to consider while all six counties remained seller’s markets. Homes also continued to sell close to their asking prices, reinforcing the importance of thoughtful pricing and preparation for sellers and informed decision-making for buyers.

While the regional trends offer a helpful snapshot, the numbers also highlight how much local conditions can vary, from median sold prices to the time it takes for a home to sell. For REALTORS®, this is an opportunity to bring those numbers to life for clients, helping them understand what the data means for their goals, budget, and timeline as they consider a move before the holidays or plan for the new year.
