🎉 What an incredible week! 🎉

The 34th Annual TCPAAA Convention & Law Enforcement Training Convention is officially in the books, and we are still buzzing from the energy!

First and foremost, a massive thank you to The Garland CPAAA for hosting us and showering everyone with so much love, attention, and hospitality. You truly made this year’s convention an unforgettable experience, and we had a fantastic time! 🙌💙

We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to all the alumni members and police officers who volunteered their time, energy, and expertise. A convention of this scale takes a village, and your dedication is what made this entire event a massive success.

Still amazing how many things our officers deal with on a daily basis. Thank you for all you do for us in The Colony Police Department

June may have brought the heat, but it never slowed down the officers at The Colony Police Department. Long days with rising temperatures or pouring rain, our officers remained committed to protecting and serving our community.

June Activity Highlights:

· 3,078 Calls for Service
· 1,043 Traffic Stops

· 122 Collisions Investigated

· 1,937 Office Initiated Calls

· 253 Reports Taken

· 153 Arrests Made

· 21 DWI Arrests

These numbers reflect that the Texas heat doesn't stand a chance when it comes to the hard work and dedication of the men and women of The Colony Police Department. Thank you to our residents for your continued support and trust in helping keep The Colony Safe.

Congratulations to Officer Christopher Jones!

Please join us in congratulating Officer Christopher Jones on being recently nominated as First Responder of the Month by The Colony Chamber of Commerce!

Officer Jones has proudly served The Colony Police Department for the past three years and has consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to serving our community. Throughout his career, he has received several commendations recognizing his outstanding work.

Most recently, Officer Jones responded to a critical incident involving a person experiencing a mental health crisis. He acted quickly to provide lifesaving medical assistance and care until fire personnel arrived, helping ensure the individual received the treatment they needed.

Officer Jones exemplifies what it means to serve with courage, compassion, and dedication. We are proud to have him on our team and congratulate him on this well-deserved recognition.
