We welcome a respected leader in law enforcement and a dedicated servant to our community who brings strength, integrity, and presence to the runway at the Fashion Show of Philanthropy presented by Braatz Wealth Advisors. Welcome, Chief Sarah Coursey!

Sarah has served as Chief of Police for the City of Tavares - America's Seaplane City since August 2022, continuing a career rooted in service to the community she calls home. A Tavares native, Sarah has a deep connection to Lake County and is passionate about giving back to the people and organizations that make the community special.

Sarah holds a master’s degree and is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute (SPI) and a recipient of the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award. Throughout her career, she has worked to strengthen the connection between law enforcement and the community. She established the Tavares Police Department’s Public Information Officer program approximately a decade ago, created its social media team in 2011, and founded the Tavares Police Charity, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the community beyond traditional law-enforcement efforts.

Outside of work, Sarah is the proud mom of a 13-year-old daughter who plays softball. When she isn’t at the ballfield, she enjoys riding her Harley Softail, snowboarding, golfing, surfing, working out, and just about anything that gets her outdoors.

For Sarah, Lake County isn’t simply where she works—it’s home, and serving the community that helped shape her remains one of the most meaningful parts of her career.

Her commitment to public safety and service reflects the very heart of this event — showing that leadership comes in many forms, including stepping forward to support local youth and philanthropy. We’re proud to have Chief Coursey join us for this special evening!

Rob Gailey is our next featured model!

Rob is a proud Mount Dora native who grew up calling Lake County home. A graduate of Mount Dora Bible, his roots in the community run deep, and he has always valued the relationships and connections that make the area such a special place to live.

For the past 10 years, Rob has built his career with Erb & Young Insurance, where he is now a Senior Agent and Team Lead for their Mount Dora office. Throughout his time in the insurance industry, he has made it his mission to help individuals, families, and businesses find the right coverage while building lasting relationships with his clients. His experience, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping others have made him a trusted resource in the community.

Rob is also passionate about giving back through youth sports. He has coached his son’s basketball team at the YMCA, where he enjoys helping young athletes build confidence, learn teamwork, and most importantly, have fun.

When he’s not working or coaching, you’ll often find Rob at the gym, staying active and making time for one of his favorite hobbies. He’s also a passionate football fan, proudly cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, and a devoted Ohio State fan.

With deep roots in Mount Dora, a decade of experience in insurance, and a strong commitment to his family and community, Rob is proud to call Lake County home and looks forward to continuing to serve the people and families who make it such a great place to live.

Chrismary Pinales Shines With Purpose and Grace and is our next featured model!

We are thrilled to welcome Chrismary, a 25‑year‑old New England native now proudly rooted in Howey‑in‑the‑Hills, to the runway at the Fashion Show of Philanthropy presented by Braatz Wealth Advisors. Modeling has been Chrismary’s passion since childhood — a dream she chased with determination, creativity, and heart.

Her talent has already taken her far beyond local stages. Chrismary is internationally published in MOEVIR Magazine in Paris and the Netherlands, and she has been featured in Lake County’s Best Version Media for Tavares. Her work reflects confidence, artistry, and a deep desire to show others what is possible when you believe in your gifts.

Outside the runway, Chrismary is a creator at heart — she loves to paint, write, and surround herself with uplifting company. Her faith is her foundation, guiding her steps and strengthening her spirit.

Our event is especially meaningful, as Chrismary returns to Bella Collina, where she worked in 2021. Stepping onto this stage feels like a full‑circle moment — one filled with gratitude, excitement, and the joy of seeing familiar faces in a place that shaped part of her journey.

Some of our models have professional runway experience, too! Meet: Landon Gage!

Landon is a dynamic 30‑year‑old actor, model, and licensed insurance broker based in Orlando, and we welcome him to the runway at the Fashion Show of Philanthropy presented by Braatz Wealth Advisors!

With eight years of experience in the industry, Landon’s journey began as an independent model and has grown into professional representation across Florida — with New York on the horizon.

Landon previously walked for our fashion show producer Zaneta Bailey Atelier at Orlando International Fashion Week and his mother company is "Model Scout, Orlando." He will return to the stage for Zaneta on October 10, an honor he carries with gratitude and pride. His presence brings a blend of confidence, artistry, and professionalism that elevates every moment he steps into the spotlight.

When he’s not on set, on camera, or commanding the runway, Landon works full‑time in life insurance at Privatized Healthcare, serving families and individuals with the same dedication he brings to his creative work. His ability to balance two demanding worlds speaks to his discipline, heart, and commitment to making an impact.

Landon Gage embodies versatility, ambition, and purpose — and we’re thrilled to have him walk in this year’s Fashion Show of Philanthropy.

Behind the lens are both Sai and Nish*ta, the father‑and‑daughter team whose shared passion for photography has grown into a beautiful creative partnership. Sai is the visionary artist with a gift for composition, lighting, and detail, while Nish*ta brings a warm, intuitive approach that helps clients feel comfortable, confident, and authentically themselves. Together, they create portraits and fine‑art images that feel timeless, personal, and deeply connected to the people they photograph.

Whether documenting families, individuals, or community stories, Sai and Nish*ta approach each session with care, creativity, and genuine heart. Their work reflects not just technical skill, but a true love for capturing the moments that matter.
