The official Martin Sports Car Club page The Martin Sports Car Club is an amateur autocross club.

Autocross events allow licensed drivers an opportunity to test their driving skills in a safe, low speed, and carefully controlled environment. Each event involves negotiating a car through a course marked by traffic cones. Each month's course is different and generally takes about one minute to negotiate, with each driver making 3-4 "runs" throughout the day. Autocross events also allow people to spend quality social time with others sharing similar interests. The Martin Sports Car Club is a private non-profit organization made possible by the generosity of it's active members. Decisions concerning club management and events are governed by an executive board containing five members. Regular monthly club meetings are held on the first Thursday evening of each month and are open to all motorsports enthusiasts.

TO ALL NEWBIES AND SPECTATORS!!

Did you know we have a website?!
Impressive, I know.

Did you know that website has some cool info, like our history, our Live Timing link, AND a great FAQ section for anyone thinking about checking us out in person!

https://martinsportscarclub.org/autocross-faq/

We had some more folks recently join up with our little FaceSpace pages so I figure this may come in handy.

Check it out!!

We've been AutoCrossing in Orlando for over 60 years. Martin Sports Car Club hosts an AutoCross event each month. Read on for more info about us.

That'll conclude the day! Even with the shortened, 3 run (National style!!) day, the 3rd heat caught some of the wet stuff. But, at least they were able to get 1-2 dry runs.

Thank you to everyone who came out, despite the bad weather forecast!

And apologies for not posting more pics and doing the "Winner's Circle" photo thing. With the accelerated pace of the day, it wasn't possible as designed. Our new social media guy will look into it... if we can get him to stop playing his Nintendo Switch... smh.
