A HUGE thank you to Nancy DeLuca, founder of 7th Heaven Sound Baths, for generously donating sound healing sessions to ALL first responders who participated in our Palm Coast mental health workshops!

First responders spend their days caring for others, often facing intense stress, difficult situations, and emotional demands that don't disappear when their shifts end. Sound healing uses soothing sounds and vibrations to encourage deep relaxation, with potential benefits including reduced stress and anxiety, improved rest, emotional well-being, and greater mental clarity.

For those who spend so much of their lives in a heightened state of alertness, having an opportunity to slow down, decompress, and focus on their own well-being is incredibly valuable.

Nancy's passion for sound healing grew out of her own experience with personal loss, making her commitment to helping others find moments of peace especially meaningful.

Nancy, thank you for recognizing the sacrifices our first responders make and for giving 75 of them an opportunity to experience some much-deserved rest and restoration! Your generosity means so much to our mission at Mind Muscle Pro.

Behind every call for help is someone on the other end of the line who has to stay calm and carry the weight of moments most of us will never experience.

Dispatchers are often the first voice someone hears on their worst day. They work long hours, miss time with their families, carry the stress of calls long after they end, and continue showing up for their communities when they’re needed most.

We recently had the privilege of spending time with the Crawford 911 dispatchers, and we left with an even greater appreciation for the work they do every single day.

Our time together was about giving back to the people who give so much of themselves to others, while sharing tools to help them take care of the person behind the headset.

Thank you for welcoming us, for the work you do, and for the sacrifices that often go unseen. We see you, and we appreciate you!

I’ve been in a funk lately.

Nothing terrible happened. Life isn’t falling apart. I’ve just been struggling with motivation and feeling uncertain about what the future holds.

I’ve been here before, and when I am, I go back to something that has helped me through some of the hardest seasons of my life…I move my body.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need a perfect plan. And you definitely don’t need a gym or some complicated workout.

You just need to move.

Take a walk. Go for a run. Lift something. Stretch. Get outside. Even if it’s only for 10 minutes.

Because sometimes you can’t think your way out of a funk. You have to move your way through it.

Movement won’t solve every problem, but it can quiet the noise, clear your head, and remind you that you’re not stuck.

Sometimes the first step toward finding your direction is literally just taking one.💙

We’re taking our mission back on the road to Missouri!

Our team will be bringing our mental health and resilience workshops directly to the police officers, EMTs, and correctional officers who spend their lives showing up for everyone else.

These men and women see things most of us will never have to see. They carry stress, trauma, and responsibility long after the shift ends.

Our goal is simple: show up for the people who always show up for us.💙
