Wheels of Success was incorporated in June 2003 to help families obtain or continue work by providing them with reliable transportation through a program of car repairs, vehicle replacement, related licensing services, car payments, down payments.

Car #1381 is officially on the road! 🚗Congratulations, Sherese!

After losing her vehicle and struggling to balance work, rent, and transportation as a single mom, Sherese never gave up. She found Wheels of Success through social media, was referred by her employer, completed our Car Care Class, and joined the Waiting for Wheels list.

Today, thanks to funding from the ATI (Automotive Training Institute), Sherese received the keys to a 2006 Kia Sedona. What once felt impossible is now a reality, giving her reliable transportation, less stress, and the ability to keep moving forward.

Thank you for capturing the moving moment when, alongside our partners Sunshine Health Health and we handed the keys to reliable vehicles to Corderio and Gabby. Both have aged out of foster care, are working full-time and are determined to build bright futures for themselves and their families.

We officially kicked off our partnership with for Life Pinellas and Sunshine Health to help at least six young adults who have aged out of foster care gain access to reliable rides over the next year.

Today we handed over the keys to the first two recipients!

After spending much of his life in foster care, Corderio lost his vehicle in an accident, leaving him biking to work and relying on costly rideshares when the weather was bad. Despite the challenges, he earned a full-time position with a control panel manufacturing company and quickly worked his way to a promotion. Now, with a dependable vehicle, he'll not only be able to get to work without stress but he also plans to spend more time with his 10 nieces and nephews, who live an hour away.

When Gabby's 24-year-old Ford finally gave out, she was left without transportation just as she prepared to return to work after maternity leave. A survivor of domestic violence and a graduate of a substance abuse recovery program, Gabby has been working to build a better future for her family. Between buses and expensive Uber rides, transportation to work had become a major burden. Today, she's driving away in a reliable sedan that will help her get to work, care for her son and gain a sense of freedom.

Three Keys. Three Fresh Starts!
We presented three vehicles to domestic violence survivors and their families, helping them take another step toward stability and independence.
After leaving abusive situations, Nique, Nancy, and Nina each faced the challenge of rebuilding their lives while maintaining employment and caring for their children.
Like so many survivors, reliable transportation was one of the biggest barriers standing between these women and a brighter future.
Today, that barrier has been removed. With the keys to dependable vehicles in hand, these hardworking Moms all referred to us by now have a reliable ride to get to work and care for their families. For Nique, one of the first stops in her new-to-her vehicle will be a trip to the park with her kids.
We are grateful to ATI (Automotive Training Institute) and and Services for funding the vehicle repairs that made these life-changing presentations possible.
