To the teacher who gives everything: This is your permission slip. 🕊️

We spend 180 days a year pouring into others. We architect futures, bridge learning gaps, and hold space for every student’s struggle. But as the school year closes, the question remains: Who is pouring into you?

This summer isn't just a "break." It’s a manifesto. It’s a conscious decision to move from depletion to restoration.

The Summer Manifesto Promise:

1️⃣ Rest is a Requirement: We are breaking the cycle of "teacher guilt." Recovery isn't a luxury; it’s the foundation of your career.
2️⃣ Self-Investment: You provide the best for your students every single day. It is time you received that same level of high-caliber, premium investment in your own growth.
3️⃣ End the Isolation: Teaching is a team sport. This summer, we stop working in silos and start building a community that sustains us.
4️⃣ Choose Growth: We are stepping out of the "comfort" of the status quo and into the workshops that actually challenge us to be better.

At FUELS, we don’t just provide professional development; we provide a sanctuary for growth. Our 2026 Summer Workshops are designed to honor your intellect and restore your spirit.

You’ve spent the year building them up. Let us spend the summer building YOU up.

At FUELS, we believe teachers should have exactly what they need to create successful, inclusive classrooms, without the financial burden. Our mission is built on 4 direct pillars of support to ensure Florida educators and students thrive:

📚 1. Education Essentials: Delivering foundational basics like paper, printer ink, and classroom libraries.
🧠 2. Sensory Support: Funding flexible seating and sensory tools to help diverse learners focus and engage.
💙 3. Care Closets: Stocking hygiene items, clothing, and snacks so students can focus on learning, not survival.
🎓 4. PD Scholarships: Providing free, specialized training in trauma-informed practices, dyslexia, autism, and gifted learning (183 educators funded so far!).

Every program. Every resource. Every dollar. It all goes straight into Florida classrooms.

Behind every successful classroom is the right support system 🍎✨

At Fuels4Teachers, every program is designed with one goal in mind: helping educators create classrooms where students feel supported, equipped, and ready to thrive. From essential classroom supplies and sensory support tools to care closets and professional development scholarships, these initiatives are making a real impact across Florida schools every single day.

Because when teachers are supported, students benefit too. 💙

183 educators funded so far through meaningful, classroom-centered training. Countless students supported with resources that meet both academic and everyday needs. And this is only the beginning.

Every resource.

Every contribution.

Every partnership.

It all goes directly back into Florida classrooms.

This is such an important reminder for educators and families alike. 💙
Supporting students is not about lowering expectations. It is about providing the tools, strategies, and supports that help students access learning and demonstrate what they know.
Many of these supports benefit a wide range of learners, not just students with an IEP or formal diagnosis.
At FUELS, we are passionate about helping educators access meaningful, practical resources that can make an immediate impact in the classroom, which is why we are so excited to partner with Inclusiveology this fall for upcoming professional development workshops focused on supporting diverse learners.
Be sure to check out this incredible post from Inclusiveology for classroom-ready dysgraphia strategies and supports!

🎓 Four graduates. Eight college degrees. Countless lives impacted. 💛

This past Friday, we celebrated something truly special at FUELS.
Not just four high school graduates, but four young leaders who chose to give their time, talent, and heart to serve others along the way.
💛 Allison Ley
💛 Kate Saunders
💛 Maggie Ratliff
💛 Gybsen Rizzo
Each of these incredible students did more than graduate high school. They earned both their Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees. That kind of commitment takes discipline, resilience, and vision for the future.
And through it all, they showed up.
They supported teachers.
They encouraged students.
They volunteered at workshops and events.
They invested in our mission and our community.
At FUELS, we believe strong communities are built by people who show up for others, and these four embodied that every single year.
We are so proud of who they are and who they are becoming.
Help us celebrate them in the comments below. 🎓

Meet Malia Bakken. Like so many of us, Malia has spent years navigating PD sessions that felt disconnected from the modern classroom. Then she found the FUELS PD Blueprint.

Malia’s experience highlights exactly why we do what we do. She found a space where her expertise was respected and her time was valued. Through our three core pillars, Malia was able to:

Access Relevant Training: She found a curriculum that actually addressed her current classroom hurdles.

Make an Immediate Impact: She didn't leave with just notes; she left with tools she used the very next day.

Benefit from True Accessibility: She received high-level professional support at no cost.

When educators like Malia are supported, their students thrive. It’s that simple.
