A partner at Avera & Smith, LLP, Jennifer is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice focuses on personal injury litigation, professional malpractice, and fiduciary litigation, drawing on a background in civil litigation and insurance defense that gives her particular insight into insurance fraud, estate and trust disputes, and professional malpractice matters.

A member of the Trial Lawyers Section Executive Council since 2022, Jennifer is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Florida Trend's Legal Elite and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
