At our recent Retreat, we spent time looking back at what we’ve accomplished, getting clearer about our vision and theory of change, working on storytelling, and thinking about how we grow our people and our organization.
And in between all the work, we made plenty of room for something just as important to our mission: connection. We celebrated one another, shared what we’re grateful for, bodysurfed in the ocean, and took some time to simply enjoy being together.
We asked each board and staff member to share a little about how they're leaving the retreat. Watch the videos to hear what they had to say.
We’re grateful for this group of people who continue to show up for CFI with thoughtfulness, care, curiosity, and a commitment to growing this work together. We’re leaving the weekend with more clarity, more connection, and a lot to look forward to.
