Have you ever thought about turning your lived experience into a meaningful career helping others? The CHOiCE Recovery Coaching Apprenticeship Program in Springfield, MA is doing exactly that, building the next generation of recovery and wellness leaders!!!
🔹 What is it?
A 6-month apprenticeship program that trains participants to become Certified Addiction Recovery Coaches (CARC) while gaining real, hands-on experience in the field.
🔹 What makes it unique?
✅ Completely FREE for eligible participants
✅ Combines professional training with real-world coaching practice
✅ Designed for individuals in recovery or with lived experience
✅ Focused on equity, inclusion, and community impact
🔹 What you’ll learn:
Participants complete industry-recognized trainings, including:
Recovery Coach Academy
Motivational Interviewing
Ethical Coaching Practices
Addiction & Mental Wellness education
Cultural competency skills
🔹 Hands-on experience:
Apprentices work 4–6 hours per week, applying their skills to support individuals in recovery, engage with the community, and promote long-term wellness.
