All of Hands Together's programs are Haitian-run, providing employment for over 600 people in Poart-au-Prince and Gonaives. volunteers contribute training and guidance for educational, medical and suatainable development projects. The organization maintains offices in Springfield, MA, Port-au-Prince and Gonaives, Haiti.

For more than 40 years, Douglas Campbell has faithfully walked alongside the poorest of the poor in Haiti through Hands Together. His passion has never been about recognition it has always been about people.
This photo captures what words can hardly express , a man surrounded by the smiles of children whose lives have been touched by his love, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Every Drop of Sweat Tells a Story.
One of our students, from our soccer team that just won the Little World Cup for Peace, sits quietly after the final whistle. The sweat on his face is more than exhaustion, it is proof of hard work, determination, and never giving up.
There are days when working in Haiti feels overwhelming, and we wonder if we can keep going. Then we look at these children. Despite people saying that nothing good can come from Cité Soleil, they proved otherwise.
Their perseverance gives us the strength to continue helping the poorest of Haiti and guiding these children toward a brighter future.
