2025 was a really hard year for so many of us in the trans community an globally, and despite the attacks on trans youth and families coming from all levels of government, reductions in funding, and an increasingly hostile environment for the trans community, Translate Gender still showed up — and you were right there with us.

Today, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to adopt H.R. 3492, a hateful bill proposed by Marjorie Taylor Greene that threatens to jail parents for providing care for their trans children. The bill must also be voted on by the U.S. Senate before it could become law.
