🧭‼️ CALL FOR PROPOSALS ‼️🧭

EEASC is now accepting session proposals for the 2026 Annual Conference, June 16–19 at The George in Spartanburg.

This year’s theme, Camp Compass: Navigating Environmental Education, calls for bold, practical sessions that help educators tackle today’s challenges while building sustainable, inclusive programs for the future.

We’re looking for engaging, real-world proposals that:

• Strengthen and sustain EE programs
• Inspire broader participation
• Build community impact
• Sharpen storytelling and communication skills
• Address climate change, invasive species, place-based learning, and more
• Equip educators to navigate misinformation with clarity and confidence

Have research-backed strategies, field-tested models, or inspiring case studies to share? We want to hear from you. Help chart the course forward!

📅 Submit your proposal by March 20, 2026. Space is limited. Learn more at eeasc.org/conference.

What if your child or student's artwork could change the way people think? 🎨

PalmettoPride is now accepting entries for the 2026 SC Governor's Art Contest on Litter Prevention. This annual art contest is open to South Carolina students in grades K–5 and encourages young artists to explore the theme through creative expression.

It’s a fun, educational opportunity to share a big idea, inspire others, and see how art can make a real difference. We are grateful to partner with the SC Governor's Office on this initiative every year with support from Governor Henry McMaster and Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette. Entries must be submitted by February 12, 2026! Learn more in the comments below 👇
