Popur kindly sent me one to test. They wanted a product reviewer and received an opinionated orange man whose only qualification is owning a butt.

My findings? Popur litter boxes are literally THE 💩.

I enter. Conduct extremely important business. Leave without thanking anyone. The machine handles the evidence while I return to the couch and contribute nothing to the economy. 🤝

Ma says ours hasn’t given her ONE SINGLE ERROR since she set it up. Unlike that certain ROUND appliance. 👀 IYKYK.

She wanted a self-cleaning litter box, not another emotionally complicated dependent. THAT POSITION IS FILLED. BY ME.

It even has a DIARRHEA MODE. 😭 A contingency plan for GRAVY DAY. Somebody in engineering understood the assignment.

Raven has three legs and would still absolutely smoke you in a footrace. 🖤🐈‍⬛💨

Her leg was crushed beyond repair and amputated before she came into our care. Somewhere along the way, someone apparently installed a turbo. 🏎️ The zoomies are FAST. The turns are impressive. We have questions for the manufacturer. 😂

But her true passion? Being physically attached to another living being. 🥹🫶

She sleeps across her foster mom’s chest, on her pillow, and sometimes directly on her face. 🛏️ Some kittens want a little affection. Raven would like to crawl inside your shirt and become a permanent household attachment. You wanted a kitten? Congratulations. You have a dependent who considers your forehead a mattress. 😂💀

She is ridiculously sweet, fully vetted, and has enough personality to fill every room she launches herself into. 🩺✅💕

🐾 Raven MUST have another kitten or younger, playful cat in her forever home. This girl needs a best friend for zoomies, wrestling, and very important kitten activities. 🐈‍⬛🐈 Human snuggles are mandatory, but you cannot be expected to participate in competitive hallway sprinting at her level. 🏁💨

After battling serious respiratory illness, Pepper was let go today. We desperately wanted this little boy to have the chance to grow up, and we are heartbroken.

Today’s care and euthanasia at VEG Greenville totaled $849.45, on top of last week’s emergency visit. We’ve paid these charges, but urgently need help replenishing the funds our other cats and kittens depend on.

Apparently some people are panini pressed about us using AI for our flyers. 🥪🙃

The person making the flyer is also answering intake requests and emails, coordinating fosters, making sure foster homes have supplies, and organizing an entire fundraiser. It’s me. If you’d like to speak to the marketing department, give me a second to turn around in my chair.

We aren’t particularly good at graphic design. We have admitted this. There is no cover-up. Nobody is holding a press conference. 🤷‍♀️

And yes, we use AI to improve our cat photos by cleaning up or changing the backgrounds. We NEVER alter the way the cats actually look. Same face. Same markings. Same cat. We’re removing background clutter, not giving a domestic shorthair cheekbone filler. 📸

If you’d like to donate your time and graphic design skills to make custom flyers, PLEASE email [email protected]. We would genuinely appreciate the help. You could immediately improve both our graphics and my disposition. 📩

But if you aren’t going to help, politely… you’re going to have to survive seeing our flyer.

I’m preparing for the Halloween party by lying down in a crown. Ashley is running around doing everything else. I would help, but I’m the attraction. You don’t ask Beyoncé to set up folding chairs. 🎃

Ashley released 20 VIP tickets yesterday, and only 17 remain! Three people understood the assignment. The rest of you are apparently waiting for a personal invitation from a cat. THIS IS IT.

$45 gets you an SCCCP T-shirt, a bag of goodies, and a guaranteed VIP photo opportunity with ME. 📸✨ Please practice your good side beforehand. Mine is all of them.

We’ve been asked whether the $5 ticket includes seeing me. $5 gets you into the party, and you may see me unless I’m taking a pause from visitors. I may need a snack, a nap, or fifteen minutes to stare into a corner at something none of you can see. Please respect my process.

Want the VIP bag and a guaranteed photo opportunity? Get your ticket before they’re gone. Please don’t message me afterward asking if I can “squeeze you in.” I cannot even squeeze myself into the carrier without involving three adults and a negotiation.

These children eat six meals, scream like they’ve had zero, and then fall asleep with one foot in the bowl. Not ONE has offered to buy groceries. I asked about employment and somebody climbed a curtain. 🐱🥫

Meet Bowie. He’s a BOY CALICO. 🧡🖤🤍

Yep, you read that correctly. Mom checked. Gabby checked. The vet checked. Ashley checked.

The luggage is missing, but the carry-on has been confirmed by four separate investigators. 🧳🔎

This poor cat. 🤦‍♀️😂 Bowie would like to introduce the OTHER end of himself now.

Almost all calicos are female because the genetics for orange versus black fur are carried on the X chromosome. Having both colors usually takes two Xs. 🧬

Some male calicos have an extra X chromosome—XXY—although other rare genetic combinations can cause it too. We don’t know Bowie’s exact genetics yet, but my Mom is VERY excited.

She’s been staring at him like he’s going to explain it.

He’s a cat, Brianna. He doesn’t even know you own the house.

XXY males are generally sterile. There. You’ve learned something today from a cat whose main qualification is having access to a phone.

Meanwhile, I’m orange AND white. Bowie adds a little black and suddenly we’re holding a press conference. 🎤

Karate has a boyfriend. Neither of them will speak to me. 😂

She moved to my house (Ashley) and immediately made friends with Winston, a former feral who also considers eye contact with a human a little too familiar.

Look at them. Touching each other voluntarily. Meanwhile, I approach and suddenly everyone needs personal space. 👀

Brianna spent weeks caring for Karate’s injured foot and saved it. Somewhere during recovery, Karate discovered she likes being petted. We weren’t going to make a big deal out of it, but now she’s inside making friends, so the “leave me alone, I’m feral” paperwork needs updating.

Winston has apparently been assigned to handle all visitors. Karate sits behind him like she’s recovering from a scandal and he’s been instructed to say she’s unavailable.

I’m holding a can of food. This could have been a very short interaction.

Instead, I’m crouched down explaining dinner to two cats who look like they’re going to need that in writing. 🤦‍♀️🐾
