Terrific Tuesday is back this week!

Join us for fresh groceries(Shreveport Green), books (Shreve Memorial Library), and friendly faces at the $5 Fellowship Meal. We’re excited to welcome WIC, who will now be on-site with Basic Necessities from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM to help families access additional support and services.

Groceries, books, and meal start around noon!

Today at 5 pm, we're excited to welcome St. Luke's Episcopal Mobile Medical Ministry for their monthly health check-up visit, scheduled during the Highland Blessing Dinner.

St. Luke's is a mobile medical ministry serving Northwest Louisiana. Through their medical RV, they bring free preventive health screenings, basic health services, health education, and medical referrals directly into communities, helping remove barriers to care for those who need it most.

Whether you have questions about your health, want to take advantage of a free screening, or simply learn more about available resources, this is a great opportunity to connect with their team.

As it started getting hot last week, congregations from the Highland Center Ministries collected and distributed over 80 fans for our neighbors at the Highland Blessing Dinner!

Special thanks to Cathedral of St. John Berchmans, First Presbyterian Church, Shreveport, and many individuals who chipped in. We hope folks will feel a little more comfortable this summer. 💙

We want to congratulate Hans on his second art showing this weekend!

His work was part of a beautiful evening featuring 24+ local artists, a curated print collection by Raul Oyuela, and a room full of neighbors enjoying art, food, and good company.

We’re grateful to everyone who came out, supported local artists, and helped make the night such a success.
