This free, drop-in class focuses on heart health, balance, and strength, with both standing and seated options. It’s open to seniors and seniors at heart.

Still need a will? Tuesday is the next Legacy Planning Workshop with the Shreveport Financial Empowerment Center of Catholic Charities. This month, we will be in Cedar Grove at SPAR's A. B. Palmer Park.

What happens? 👉 Participants will learn practical tools for securing their assets and legal best practices. Then, each participant will be connected with individualized support to create a will or navigate succession matters.

The Highland Thrift Store is more than a place to shop. It helps make several of our community programs possible.

Proceeds from the Thrift Store support many programs in the Highland Center, including the weekly Blessing Dinner.

The Store will be closed this Saturday for the Labor Day weekend, but it is open tomorrow, Tuesday!

This September, we’re returning to the Project I/O Computer Lab with two interactive, hands-on training courses designed to help members of our community build practical digital skills and greater confidence using technology.

🖱️ BASIC COMPUTER TRAINING
📅 Mondays: September 7, 14, 21 & 28
Participants will practice computer and keyboard basics, file management, internet navigation, email and online safety.
