❤️🍎 The Red Apron Food Pantry is BACK, and better than ever! 🍎❤️

Today, the Greater Shreveport Chamber joined the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier to celebrate the grand re-opening of the newly remodeled Red Apron Food Pantry! ✂️🎉

This refreshed space means more dignity, more comfort, and more help for our neighbors in the 71104 community. Because no one in our city should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from. 🏡💛

Thank you to the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier for your incredible commitment to serving others, and to every volunteer, donor, and community member who came out to celebrate this milestone with us. 🙌

🇺🇸✈️ Shreveport-Bossier showed up and showed OUT in Tampa! 🙌
Our team just wrapped the 2026 Installation Innovation Forum at the Tampa Convention Center, where we proudly represented Shreveport-Bossier as a Great American Defense Community. 🏆

From the waterfront to the main stage, it was an incredible week of conversations about how communities and installations can work together to support the people who serve. 💪 And our story was featured at the recognition ceremony, highlighting the people and partnerships that make our region such a strong home for Barksdale Air Force Base and our military families. 🎬❤️

Of course, we brought a little Louisiana flavor with us. 😉 Our booth was the place to be, with Barksdale AFB Mardi Gras beads, Shreveport-Bossier swag, and plenty of Southern hospitality. 📿⚜️ Safe to say, Tampa now knows what “a little of this, a little of that, a whole lotta us” means!
