United Is The Way. We are a local, volunteer-driven nonprofit organization that focuses on improving lives through measurable initiatives and programs.

United way serves more than 30 nonprofit agencies with more than 65 programs in Caddo, Bossier, Bienville, Red River, Desoto, Webster, Winn, Sabine, Natchitoches and Claiborne parishes. 💡 Applications are now open for the Entergy Bill Pay Assistance Program!

If you need help with your Entergy bill, you can now submit an application online. We encourage applicants to use the online application whenever possible.

Need help completing your application or don’t have access to the technology you need? United Way of Northwest Louisiana will also offer in-person application assistance at select locations throughout our region.

We're proud to announce that United Way of Northwest Louisiana is partnering with Entergy Louisiana to bring a new utility bill assistance program to our community. 💙

Beginning Oct. 28 at 9 a.m., eligible Entergy Louisiana customers can apply for a one-time $100 bill credit through our local United Way. This program will provide much-needed relief to households facing financial hardship, including ALICE families who work hard but still struggle to afford everyday essentials.

We're grateful to Entergy Louisiana for this investment and for trusting local United Ways to help connect our neighbors with assistance.

Funding is limited and expected to go quickly, so we encourage eligible residents to prepare their documents and apply promptly.
