🇺🇸 Meet the Committee: Sarah Fischer 🇺🇸

Behind our successful Tunnel to Towers Sheboygan 5K Run & Walk is a dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly throughout the year to make the event possible.

Today, we're excited to introduce Sarah, who is entering her fourth year helping coordinate the T2T Sheboygan 5K Run & Walk. Her commitment and dedication have helped make this event a success year after year.

Sarah works full-time as an Agronomist with InDepth Agronomy, where she partners with more than 20 farms throughout Sheboygan and Washington Counties. She is also the girls high school bowling coach for the Sheboygan area and serves our community as a Truck Lieutenant and first responder with the Town of Sheboygan Fire Department.

Sarah recently celebrated nearly one year of marriage with her husband, Trevor, and together they share their home with their cat, Sunny.

We're grateful for Sarah's continued dedication to the Tunnel to Towers mission and for the many ways she serves our community. Thank you, Sarah, for all you do!

FIRE Fitness Camp Sheboygan recently presented the Tunnel to Towers Sheboygan 5K team with a generous donation from their annual Johnny Mattek Memorial Workout. 💥

For the second year in a row, FIRE Fitness selected the Tunnel to Towers Foundation as the beneficiary of this meaningful Memorial Day event honoring fallen hero Johnny Mattek and all who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

We are incredibly grateful for their continued support, generosity, and commitment to honoring America’s heroes. Thank you, FIRE Fitness, for helping us make a difference. 💙❤️

Last year, the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department proudly took home the trophy for bringing the largest team. 🏆

But as of today, the Town of Sheboygan Fire Department has jumped into the lead this years event! 🚒💨

🇺🇸 Meet the Committee: Debi Peterson 🇺🇸

Behind our successful Tunnel to Towers Sheboygan 5K Run & Walk, is a dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly throughout the year to make the event possible.

Debi is an accountant with Miesfeld's and has been married to her husband, Scott, for 37 years. Together they have raised two children and are now enjoying life as grandparents to one grandson. When she's not busy spoiling her grandson, Debi enjoys camping, sewing, and reading.

Debi has a special appreciation for first responders and the sacrifices they make. Her husband served as a volunteer firefighter with the City of Sheboygan Falls Fire Department for 30 years, giving her firsthand insight into the risks these brave men and women take to protect their communities.

The dedication and passion of committee members like Debi help make our event a success year after year, ensuring that we can continue supporting the mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
