As we're setting up out at Sunset Hills Golf Course, Driving Range & Miniature Golf Course, we're feeling all the gratitude for the incredible sponsors of this year's Golf for Youth Mental Health outing.

Discover how PATH, our school-based mental health program, has transformed youth support over a decade. Together, we are bringing therapists from Noble Community Clinics into schools and sites all across Sheboygan County including:

Head Start
Howards Grove School District
Kohler School District
Oostburg School District

Join us for our 8th annual golf fundraiser at Sunset Hills! Enjoy a day of golf, mini-golf, pizza and 25+ awesome raffles prizes.

💚 All funds raised support school-based therapy and mental health support for children in every public schools districts in Sheboygan County.
