At A Million Dreamz, we believe that the average childcare worker is not being fairly compensated for their hard work. We are doing our part to change that, which is why we are now starting Lead Teachers at $18/hour.

Our Star Staff of the Month for August is.... *drum roll* Freddie Higgins!

Chef Freddie is a living example of the kindness A Million Dreamz wants to share with our community. When he sees a need, he steps up and fills it. Freddie finds joy in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our children and staff. When asked how he’s doing, Freddie replies, “feeling blessed!”, and we are feeling so blessed to have him as a member of the AMD family!

Thank you for being you, Freddie! We love you!
