Founded in 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States.

We serve youth and families in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties as one of the 230+ Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates around the country that help children achieve their full potential. https://www.bbbswishoreline.org/ We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Jacob Glaser is dedicated to protecting his community, mentoring its young people, and helping shape the future of Two Rivers and Manitowoc County.

Since joining the Two Rivers Police Department in 2016, Jacob has steadily advanced through the ranks, becoming Detective Lieutenant in 2023. Today, he oversees criminal investigations, supervises school resource officers, and works closely with local school districts and law enforcement partners to keep the community safe.

Throughout his career, Jacob has demonstrated a strong commitment to youth, serving as a D.A.R.E. Officer, an A.L.I.C.E. Instructor, and a coordinator of the department’s annual Shop with a Cop program, which helps provide essential items and holiday gifts to local children and families.

His service extends beyond the badge. Jacob has coached high school baseball, served on the Two Rivers Environmental Advisory Board, and currently mentors youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters Shoreline.

With aspirations of one day serving as Chief of Police in Two Rivers, Jacob continues to prepare for the next chapter of his leadership journey. 💚💙

Woo-hoo! This month, Kerri and Al Eilers and Christian celebrated 10 years of being matched. While Christian is not so "little" anymore and often drives himself to their match outings, Kerri and Al remain an influential presence in his life. We caught up with them briefly during dinner out to Sweet Basil Restaurant to congratulate them on 10 great years and thank Kerri and Al for being committed Bigs with Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline!
