Denise Louie Education Center Denise Louie provides multi-cultural early childhood education services to low-income children.

Since 1978, DLEC has been providing a comprehensive, family-centered approach to early learning which meets the needs of low-income children and families in our communities. We provide a range of services for children birth to five years old from home visits to preschool centers to health trainings for parents--all designed to prepare kids for success in kindergarten and beyond. We recognize that

parents and caregivers are their child's first and forever teacher, so we work with families from the beginning to ensure their child's success. We believe every child should have the opportunity to be successful regardless of income or background!

Head Start programs are offered at all 3 of our centers. Early Head Start programs are offered at our Yesler Terrace and Sandpoint location. We also offer home-based Early Head Start services.
