The Inner Child Never Truly Leaves...

Inside every adult lives a child who remembers every harsh word, every rejection, every moment they felt unseen, unheard, or unloved.

That child still watches carefully. Still wonders if it is safe to speak, trust, love, or be vulnerable.

Many of our fears, insecurities, and reactions are not coming from who we are today, but from wounds we never fully healed.

Healing begins when you stop judging that child and start listening to them. Offer yourself the kindness, patience, and understanding you once needed from others.

You do not heal by pretending the pain never happened. You heal by creating a safe place within yourself where the wounded child no longer has to hide.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is gently tell yourself:
