We enjoyed writing postcards today to the US Department of Agriculture and US Forest Service to show our support for the Roadless Rule to NOT be rescinded in partnership with Black Diamond Seattle & PNW Forest Climate Alliance. Thanks to all who came out and signed! You still have through October 6 online to send a note via the link in our bio. Even if you did write a postcard tonight, you can also send a note online. Be annoying, it’s okay. 💚🌲

🚨 CLIMBERS: TAKE ACTION FOR THE ROADLESS RULE

Washington’s wild places are worth protecting—and climbers have a voice in what happens to them.

The U.S. Forest Service has proposed rescinding the Roadless Rule, putting millions of acres of backcountry forest lands at risk of new roads and development.

Want to do something about it? Join us!

📝 Washington Climbers Coalition & Black Diamond Seattle are hosting a postcard-writing night to help climbers speak up and submit comments to the U.S. Forest Service.

We’ll have postcards, information, and everything you need to make your voice heard. Come write a few postcards, hang with fellow climbers, and help protect the wild places we love to climb in. Lite refreshments will be available.

No experience necessary. Just show up and write.
