Ray's passion for the boating community and his dedication to ensuring every visitor to the Port of Kingston felt welcomed and at home were truly unparalleled.
Ray's warm smile and friendly demeanor made a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
His commitment to service and his love for our community will be greatly missed.
