You've got the meditation app. Maybe you even had a streak going. This fall, try something different: five weeks, in a room, with other people who don’t know what they’re doing either.
Introduction to Meditation (for People Who Keep Meaning to)
Thursdays, Oct 1–29 | 6–7:30 pm PT | Onsite at Nalanda West, Seattle
We start from Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche's Rebel Buddha and learn to actually sit and pay attention to our minds, which is harder than it sounds.
This introductory course is facilitated by Karunika Diane Biray Gregorio, who has been meditating since 1994 and studying with Rinpoche for over two decades. Diane doesn't meditate because things are calm. She meditates so she can keep showing up for the people who need her to, and live a full and meaningful life, not just survive.

We warmly invite you to join us onsite at Nalanda West. You’ll leave this course with fifteen minutes a day you’ll actually do. It’s not on your phone.
