Our senior improv course focuses on cognitive health and the proven medical benefits of laughter—like lowering stress and lifting your mood—all while having the most fun you'll have all week! The Holland Center has teamed up with Desert Foothills Theater for this special, stress-free4-week workshop. Absolutely zero experience is required, there is no final show to worry about, and seated play is always an option to ensure the class is fully accessible for all physical abilities.
