We’re thrilled to be partnering with Walrath Recruiting, Inc. Walrath Recruiting, Inc. to provide resume writing and interview preparation workshops for students in our Youthbuild construction and Build Up Clean Energy programs.

These sessions will help students strengthen their professional skills, build confidence, and prepare for meaningful careers in construction, HVAC, and beyond.

🌟Exciting news from our SEAT family! 🌟

We are so proud to share that Rebecca Paavola, Program Administrator, has been named one of 4 finalists in the 27th Annual Capital Region Best Mom of the Year contest!

The contest, presented by the City of Albany and St. Peter's Health Partners, celebrates compassionate mothers in the Capital Region who are dedicated to their families and communities, serving as positive role models and touching the lives of everyone around them. The awards ceremony will be held at Washington Park Tulip Festival at 11AM!

💛 Please join us in congratulating Rebecca and if you are able to attend the Tulip Festival, please be sure to celebrate Rebecca and all of the positive impact she shares with so many.
