Attention teachers and parents! OASAS has launched a campaign that features youth delivering their own messages about being cautious, smart and making healthy choices when it comes to substance use. They are looking for videos, posters, billboards, or songs. Even just a video message can be impactful. They are going to be using a lot of these through this multi-million dollar statewide campaign. This is a great opportunity for students interested in being content creators. The deadline for submissions is July 1st.

Did you know June is Employee Wellness Month? Here at the Prevention Council and Healing Springs Recovery Community & Outreach Center, we are encouraging wellness all month long, beginning with getting our garden started for this year. Our Garden was started last year for wellness in June and returning to encourage wellness and healthy hobbies and lifestyles. Special thanks to Greene Road Gardens and Pitney Meadows Community Farm for your generous donation again this year!
