Lovely music in beautiful surroundings are in store Sunday, June 14th from 6 PM to 8:30 PM at Sarasota Garden Club featuring Elijah the violinist once again.

Hors d'oeuvres, adult beverages and desserts inside our historic mid-century building and strolls in our volunteer-maintained gardens.

Excellent tip if you are traveling for a few days. We would not advise leaving out in our Florida sun, but tucked away with some access to light daily.

Some also soak their plants in their nursery pots the day before planting to keep them happy while she shock of going from garden center to landscape, pots or hanging baskets subsides.

We love Anya The Garden Fairy, she has great ideas for the home gardener!!

Now is the time to visit all of our local nurseries. So many great plants at discounts and cooler mornings and evening rains promote success in establishment.

Calendar Alert!!! MORE PLANTS!!! and BIRDS!!!

Come over to Sarasota Garden Club one week from today. Free for all attendees as we close out our season of programs with a PLANT SWAP, speaker and our scholarship awards for local students!!!

We will be providing needed funds for 8 students as they pursue studies that affect our environment. $40,000!!!

Yes, you read that right!!! $40k of funds raised by activities from our proceeds from our Gardens in Paradise Tour, events, donations and our endowment fund! Wowza!
