We’re excited to announce we are starting a Kiwanis Supply Station at Booker Middle School! 🎒✏️ Our goal is to help students get the supplies and snacks they need.

Would you like to help? We’re collecting school supplies, backpacks, and snacks! Donations can be dropped off at our club meetings on November 4, 11, or 18, or during the first three Wednesdays of the month.

A huge thank-you to our friends at Sara De Soto Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution for helping us get started with all these wonderful donations! We appreciate your generosity and support! 💙

We had a packed meeting today with 15 members and 1 guest! 💙

Welcome back, Patty! Lt. Governor Shawna officially installed Michael and Gail Nagy—welcome to our Kiwanis family! 🎉

Justin treated us to a reading of The Wonky Donkey, and Mary-Lynn spoke about the required Youth Protection Program and our responsibility to help keep the young people we serve safe.

A great afternoon with friends, learning, and a few laughs! 📚

BIG cooking day, BIG hearts, and a BIG THANK YOU to Mary-Lynn for once again hosting our CKI conference meal prep! 💙👏

Our crew whipped up 14 pans of lasagna, over 100 hamburger patties, salad, and 10 pans of Rice Krispie treats! Now that’s a lot of hungry mouths covered! 🍔🥗🍪

A huge shout-out to Daniel Costello, Shawna Smith, Carolyn Jones-Penn, Candy Anderson, Sara Wilson, Justin & Cesar Willis-Chavez, and Key Clubber Jackson Willis for pitching in!

Good food, great company, and Kiwanis teamwork! 💙

📚💙 A packed meeting with stories, service, and teamwork!

Today, 11 members and 2 guests joined us, and Justin did a wonderful job leading his second meeting as president!

He shared an inspiring story about how Circle K struggled during COVID—and how our amazing Key Club students stepped up with donations to help keep their college counterparts going strong. High school students helping college students—that’s the Kiwanis family in action! 👏

Then it was all hands on deck for our October book kitting! Along with their books, the children will receive a lined whiteboard, an eraser, and a felt-tip marker to help them practice their writing.

10/12/2026

It’s time to bring some joy to our preschoolers! 📚💙 Please include a short letter to your buddy and write the child’s name on the envelope or bag so I know who each book is for. I’ll provide bookplate stickers for the teachers to add the children’s names inside their books.
