Integrated Community Services

Integrated Community Services ICS partners with people with disabilities as they live the life that they've chosen.

We work with our clients to create an individualized plan around employment, independence and integration. Since 1994, ICS has been building relationships that create an inclusive community for people with disabilities. Our staff of over 40 is made up of Independent Living Skills Trainers, Job Coaches and Employment Counselors that partner with people with disabilities to meet their individual emp

loyment and living goals. Over the past 20+ years we have served hundreds of individuals, and are always working to connect local employers and community members to the people we serve with the desire to make a more diverse and inclusive community for us all.

ICS client Stephan recently saw Colleen for lunch to celebrate his 10 years at Safeway! Stephan said: “It was very exciting for me to see Colleen, my 4th and 5th grade teacher from 2006-2008 after I haven’t seen her since August of 2011. She couldn’t make it to my 10 year anniversary celebration but wanted to take me out to lunch to celebrate my post 10th anniversary. It was so exciting I got to see her for the first time in 15 years.”
