Meet Joan. She joined Project PEARLS as a Grade 2 scholar and now, she is a BS Hospitality Management graduate! 🎉

Her journey wasn’t always easy. She faced personal and academic challenges, including working while studying to support herself and her siblings. But Joan never gave up.

Through the years, she remained dedicated—not just to her studies, but to giving back. She became a mentor, volunteered in our programs, and embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. Youth leadership programs also helped her build the confidence and skills to lead by example.

Joan, we are so proud of you and all that you’ve worked for. Congratulations! 💛

Help us support more scholars like Joan as they work toward their own finish line.

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙬𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙. 💛

Our Tondo community felt extra loved today, thanks to the kindness of Imelda Pedrigal and Sandiwa Collection, who shared their support with our families through our Hunger Relief Program.

Gestures like this remind us that compassion comes in many forms—and every one of them makes a real difference in a family's day.

Thank you, Imelda Pedrigal and Collection, for choosing to give back to our Tondo community! 💙

Want to bring this same joy to a family in need? Partner with our Hunger Relief Program today.

A HEARTFELT PLEA FOR OUR DEAR MIKEE ❤️

Many of you know Mikee as one of our long-time volunteers—a person who has given her time, energy, and heart to helping others. Today, it is our turn to come together and help her.

Mikee is currently battling Stage 4 cervical cancer, and she and her family are facing an incredibly difficult journey.

While we continue to lift her up in our thoughts and prayers, the reality is that her treatment comes with overwhelming financial challenges—medical expenses, medications, transportation, daily needs, and everything else that comes with fighting this devastating illness.

Mikee has spent so much of her time caring for and serving others. Now, she needs us to stand beside her.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for every prayer, every donation, every share, and every act of kindness.

We stand with you, Mikee. You are loved. You are not alone. ❤️🙏

This is what "make do" looks like — kids washing a secondhand stuffed toy because it's the only one they have.

This Christmas, we're changing that. We're only accepting brand-new, wrapped toys, because every child deserves at least one gift that wasn't handed down, patched up, or shared five ways — something that was picked just for them.

You can make that happen. Be our Toy Drive Partner and help us give kids in Tondo, Bocaue, and Naic a gift that's truly theirs.

🎁 Partner with us now — sign up below and have your gifts ready by December 15.

𝐎𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭. ✨🔢

Our ASP mentors in Bulacan — young scholars who usually guide our younger learners — sat down to be the ones learning this time, in a Math Enrichment Session led by the students of International School Manila. The session covered effective teaching strategies and practical problem-solving techniques, including how to compute percentages and discounts, to help our mentors make Math more accessible and enjoyable for the kids they guide.

"Being a mentor does not mean that I already know everything," shared 14-year-old mentor Princess Paris Irinco, a Grade 9 scholar. "A good mentor is also willing to learn, listen, ask questions, and continue growing."

Thank you, ISM, for investing in the mentors behind our mentees!

𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫: 𝐀𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐔𝐏 𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧 🎓🏫

Dreams got closer today! 36 of our scholars explored the campuses of Ateneo de Manila University and the University of the Philippines Diliman, two of the country's top universities.

From walking through the grounds and seeing the facilities to learning about scholarship opportunities, our scholars got a real glimpse of college life and what they can work toward.

We hope this experience inspires them to study hard, aim higher, and believe that a college education is within reach. ✨

Thanks to GUY FOX, our Naic and Tondo communities enjoyed a Hunger Relief and Learning Activity — proof that their "Kuya" perfume campaign is doing double duty, sponsoring meals and moments of learning for our scholars.

Every bottle sold becomes a meal served, and today that meal came with a side of games, laughter, and learning.

𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. 🚀

For our second Beyond Boundaries Career Talk, 35 scholars from Grades 10 to 12 sat down with Mr. John Michael Turla of OpenText — a community leader and longtime volunteer — for real talk on STEM, technology, AI, leadership, and building a career.

Sessions like this remind our scholars that the future they're studying for is closer than they think, and full of possibilities they haven't even imagined yet.

Thank you, Sir John Michael, for showing our scholars what's possible beyond their current boundaries! 🙌
