For the neurodivergent, overstimulated, and hyper-aware parents who are overwhelmed because the world simply wasn’t designed for neurodivergent people.

These books are tools for understanding the invisible work that shows up when parenting while neurodivergent like sensory overload, preventative energy awareness, the nervous system, maintaining boundaries, and burnout prevention.

Not all of these books were written specifically for parents, but they can still support the neurodivergent person behind the parenting.

Save this if you are parenting through burnout, sensory overload, or constant hyper-awareness. These books are also helpful for learning more about a loved one that could be neurodivergent.

And if you are too busy to read as a parent, you can always try finding these as audiobooks from your local library, so you can be handsfree while juggling it all. BUSY PARENT TIP: Turn up the narration speed if needed!
