John A. Cruz, President of Branch 41 Merged and CLC Candidate for National Trustee.

As President of Branch 41 Merged, John has built his reputation on listening to members, representing their interests, and ensuring that letter carriers have a voice.

If elected National Trustee, he is committed to bringing that same dedication and accountability to letter carriers across the country.

Listen to the members.
Represent the members.
Fight for the members.

“We’re not being paid what our labor is worth.”

James Henry speaks on the reality facing letter carriers across the country: wages that have fallen behind, rising costs of living, and a workforce that deserves better.

Letter carriers face extreme weather, demanding workloads, safety concerns, and responsibilities unlike most jobs. Yet too many carriers continue to struggle to make ends meet.

Every letter carrier deserves a living wage from hire date to retirement date.

Food on the table.
Clothes on your back.
A roof over your head.

Today, we celebrate the fathers who lead by example, work with purpose, and love without limits.

To all the letter carrier dads who rise before dawn, deliver through every season, and still come home ready to support and care for their families—thank you.

Your dedication doesn’t end when the route is finished. You continue to serve as providers, role models, and pillars of strength for those who depend on you most.

The Concerned Letter Carriers proudly honor all fathers today and every day.

Happy Father’s Day to the heroes on the streets and the heroes at home.

As we reflect on this important milestone in American history, we recognize the sacrifices, perseverance, and determination that helped shape a more just and equal nation.

The Concerned Letter Carriers stand in solidarity as we remember, reflect, and honor the significance of this day.

Let us continue striving for justice, equality, opportunity, and unity for all.

I will not spend 700 days traveling the country trying to convince letter carriers why they don’t deserve what they’re worth.

James Henry speaks on wages, accountability, and the belief that letter carriers should not bear the burden of management’s failures.

Before asking letter carriers to sacrifice, the Postal Service should address waste, noncompliance, and inefficiencies within its own operations.

Letter carriers deserve to be paid what their labor is worth.

Letter carriers should not be fighting to catch up. We should be setting the standard.

Higher wages. Better benefits. Stronger working conditions.

James Henry and the CLC believe it’s time for letter carriers to lead the industry—not follow it.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about putting letter carriers first.

The best ability is dependability.

James Henry on integrity, trust, and leadership.

“We need a positive future.”
