🙏🕊️ Rest in Power, Sonia Vergara 🕊️🙏
It is with unimaginable sorrow and grief that we share the passing of Sonia Vergara, 20 year member and recently retired Union Service Dispatcher.

Sonia’s Journey has been nothing short of inspiring. She started in the Call Center as a bilingual representative, grew into a Trainer Assistant, and eventually became a Service Dispatcher — a role she held with pride and excellence for many years.

Our sister had the most incredible, warm, and loving spirit. Even while facing health challenges, she showed up with a smile, kindness, and that signature humor that made every room lighter. You’d never know she was going through anything difficult because she always chose grace, positivity, and teamwork.

Sonia is the kind of coworker who reminds you what strength really looks like — quiet, steady, and full of heart. 💛 She will be missed dearly.😢

Thank you, Sonia, for your years of service, your voice, your strength, and the legacy you leave behind. You will be missed, but never forgotten. We ask you to keep her and her family in your prayers during this tragic time.

☑️All Three SDG&E Agreements Ratified ☑️
Thank you to the 820 members who participated in the important ratification process for our three collective bargaining agreements at SDG&E. The results are as follows:

🗳️Call Center Agreement🗳️
Yes Votes: 74
No Votes: 4

🗳️Master Agreement🗳️
Yes Votes: 417
No Votes: 284

🗳️Generation Agreement🗳️
Yes Votes: 35
No Votes: 0

All three agreements have been independently ratified and will all go into effect 9/1/2026 - 9/1/2029.
