Thank you, Gallagher, for creating such a special opportunity for Special Olympics SoCal athlete Finley Silverman to take the mound for the San Diego Padres ceremonial first pitch at Petco Park! ⚾️

Finley has been competing in Special Olympics SoCal since the age of 8 and now participates in golf, tennis, and flag football. We couldn’t be more proud to see him representing our athlete community on such an incredible stage.

❤️ Thank you for creating moments of inclusion, recognition, and joy for athletes and our community.

🏆 SDSU takes 1st at Special Olympics Unified College Championship Week!

At the college level, Unified College Championship Week brings together universities from across the country to compete, connect, and showcase what true inclusion looks like, on and off the field.

Taking 1st, San Diego State University didn’t just excel athletically, they led with teamwork, leadership, and a deep commitment to inclusion. 💪🏽

For Special Olympics Southern California, champions like SDSU mean everything. They’re not just competitors, they’re ambassadors for a more inclusive world.

Leading by example.
Building community.
Creating a future where everyone belongs. 💙
