Friendliest Club in District 5840! People of action who make a difference locally & internationally! Please visit our web site for more on the EAFK program.

Our club was chartered as the Rotary Club of San Antonio Oak Hills on December 7, 1977. This original group of 35 charter members embarked on a journey of service which continues today. The mission of Oak Hills Rotary Club is to support character development among the youth of our community. Our club has donated over $790,000 to the Rotary Foundation in addition to many local and internation projects. Our current focus is on local scholarships and the Early Act First Knight (EAFK) program at the Oak Hills Terrace Elementary School.

Oak Hills Rotary Making a Difference in the Philippines! 🌎❤️

Under the leadership of Rotarian Teresa Lao, Oak Hills Rotarians recently shipped four boxes of donated school supplies, clothing, and books to the Philippines.

These donations will support local daycare centers and orphanages, providing valuable resources to children in need.

Teresa will collaborate with the Rotary Club of Antipolo East and a local youth group to distribute the donated items and help install mobile libraries, creating greater opportunities for children to learn, read, and grow.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Oak Hills Rotary Club Board members for their generous financial contribution toward shipping expenses. Your support makes projects like this possible and extends the spirit of Rotary service beyond our local community.

Together, we are making a difference through service, generosity, and a shared commitment to helping others! 💙💛

Thank you Alexa Volpe from Imagination Library of San Antonio for speaking to our club today!
“The Imagination Library of San Antonio is a proud Local Program Partner of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, the world’s most celebrated early childhood book gifting program.

Each month, we mail a free, age-appropriate book directly to the homes of children from birth to age five across San Antonio, completely free to families, always. Our goal is simple: every child in San Antonio deserves access to books and the chance to fall in love with reading.”
