💚 Kappa Delta Sisters 💚

When we presented to ChildSafe this past week, The Women of Courage Committee extended an invitation to their welcome gathering. The Women of Courage Committee is a network of women who support ChildSafe through advocacy, fundraising, and community engagement—helping raise awareness and resources for children and families healing from abuse. They have two sessions.

🕛 12:00 PM (midday session)

As we near the end of Child Abuse Prevention Month this April, we’re proud to share the impact of our Kappa Delta San Antonio Shamrock efforts. But let us remember that the work continues every day of the year! 💙🤍💙

Together, we raised:
• $328 from the Kappa Delta San Antonio Alumnae Chapter
• $1,245 from our Kendra Scott giveback event

We also had the privilege of delivering a check and two bags of stuffed animals to bring comfort to children at ChildSafe.

We are grateful for a community that shows up, gives back, and makes a difference where it matters most. 💚

REVEAL DAY IS OFFICIALLY HERE! 🗣️💙

San Antonio, it’s time to flood the city with a message of hope. Today, we place our Cardboard Kids® in highly visible spots to remind everyone that child abuse prevention is a community priority.

Remember: “Cardboard Can’t Talk, But You Can.” Use today as an opportunity to have that simple but vital conversation about body safety with the children in your life.

PLACE: Put your Cardboard Kid on your porch, at your school, or at your workplace.
SNAP: Take a photo of your masterpiece! 📸

This Founders Day, we celebrate the strength of our sisterhood and the legacy of those who came before us. It’s a time for joy, reflection, and connection.
