Today we visited pastor Amos at Mwaweche Community. He has been meeting there for two months now. A generous family is letting him use about one acre of land in the area. They currently meet under a tarp on Sunday mornings. The church now has about 20 adults and 10 children attending. Pray with us for this new church community as they have a goal of welcoming 50 church members.

Ms. Grace had an inspiring meeting with local primary school head teachers to spread the word about Maasai Corner High School! 🌟 As the only school of its kind in the area, we're excited to open our doors to students who need us most. Join us in prayer for the brightest young minds to find their home with us, where they can grow into the leaders of tomorrow. 🙏

R4C felt truly blessed to have partnered with BBFI missionaries Mitch and Beth Calmes, along with their guests from Bethany Baptist, hosting a training seminar for 64 church leaders at Mwena Fellowship. The event was filled with meaningful moments of worship, prayers, and Bible lessons, finishing with a wonderful lunch. We’re also grateful to Pastor Isaiah and his wife for their warm hospitality in hosting the event. Today was a day to remember!

We’re grateful for the blessing we received yesterday while purchasing a new pump for the well at Mwena. Despite the increased store prices, we successfully negotiated the original price, and the owner generously provided a more powerful pump at no extra cost. Here’s video of us installing it, after carefully pulling up 229 feet of pipe. Thank you to our donors who support our Church planting ministry, making this possible!

El Niño has arrived in Kenya. It is supposed to be with us until February. Rains like this will affect many things in day to day life if these rains are regular.

Our students and staff will have challenges getting to and from school. Mud homes could be damaged or destroyed. Malaria could be a big health issue. Sanitation may be a challenge in many areas.

Please pray for our kids, staff, pastors and churches. May we see Him work in big ways!

“Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon. The LORD will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes.” Isaiah 58:10-12
