We came across a veteran on the road that had just lost his service dog. It had gotten away the night before and after searching he posted on our local lost animal page. Unfortunately he got a call the next day about a dog that matched his dogs description that had been hit by a car. Upon arriving he confirmed his biggest fear as it was his dog.

We are working on finding a service dog organization to pair him with a new service dog.

Thank you for all your prayers for this veteran.

Today we at PVA decided to donate a flight to a veteran going on the Triad Honor Flight . This is such a great organization that flies veterans to Washington DC for day full of activities along with their care giver all for free through donations. If you haven't heard of them give them a look an maybe even a donation.

Had the pleasure of meeting up with Shelter Guardians, Inc. for one of their shelter-to-service classes, where they worked with two service dogs in a local grocery store. It was amazing to see how the dogs listened and did not get distracted by the smells or people with buggies doing their shopping. We were honored to be able to present them with a donation to help with their mission of training K9's from rescue shelters and transforming them into service dogs. Hey folks, we’re so excited to see everyone this weekend!

Just wanted to put a few reminders out there.

Please be patient with us the next couple of days, we are working to get things set up, so we will not be able to respond to messages quickly.

If you have any questions or concerns while at the Training Center, please find someone in a pink PVA shirt.

John Brady will be set up 8-11am, Friday and Saturday morning, for beginner off road and recovery classes. COST IS FREE!

We still have spots available for Big Creek. Cost is $40 donation per rig.

We will have T-shirts available for sale. Last years shirts are $15 or 2 for $25 (limited sizes available). This years shirts are $25 or 2 for $40.

In addition to cash, we can accept CashApp or PayPal.
