is an African American, nonprofit social service agency open to all people with a primary focus on the Summit University neighborhood and the Twin Cities Metro area. is an African American, nonprofit social service agency providing programming in Early Childhood Education, Youth Enrichment, Basic Needs, Senior programming and multi-service hub center programming, open to all people. With a primary focus on the Summit University neighborhood and the Twin Cities Metro area it serves as the administrative body of the Martin Luther King Center, which houses its partners offering specialized services and programs, including Project Cheer, Prepare & Prosper, the Saint Paul Branch of the NAACP, the African American Leadership Forum and the nationally recognized Penumbra Theatre Company.
