Day 3 and the closing session of the Minnesota NAHRO Spring Conference wrapped up with Plenary II featuring Sam Ritchie, who provided a timely legislative overview and important policy updates impacting our industry.

We finished the morning with our popular Roundtable Hot Topics discussions, an opportunity for peers to ask questions, seek support, and share ideas and best practices with one another. These conversations continue to be one of the most valuable parts of the conference, creating meaningful connections and practical takeaways that attendees can bring back to their agencies and communities.

A huge thank you to Shannon and everyone within the MN NAHRO group who helped make this conference happen. The conference was great, well received, and a tremendous success!

Special recognition to Nicole Randall and the Professional Development Committee for all of their hard work and dedication in putting together such a meaningful and engaging conference experience. Great job to all involved!

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year’s Spring Conference such a success!
