There’s something powerful about hearing fresh perspectives.
Last week, our team spent time with students from the University of St. Thomas who presented four donor campaign concepts connected to their coursework, and we left the room inspired, energized, and honestly smiling the whole way back to the office.

The students challenged us to think differently, simplify complex ideas, and reimagine how we tell the story of our work and vision for the future. Their creativity, passion, and thoughtful approach did not go unnoticed.

Moments like these remind us why collaboration across generations and learning spaces matters so much. New voices bring new energy and sometimes the spark you didn’t even know you needed.

Thank you to the students and faculty for sharing your talents with us. You gave us a lot to think about, and we are grateful for the experience.

This week, we welcomed the Leadership St. Paul Cohort, a program of the St Paul Area Chamber, to ReConnect Rondo for an afternoon of learning, conversation, and big ideas.
Made up of emerging and current leaders from business, government, nonprofits, education, and civic organizations, the cohort is designed to strengthen leadership and deepen connections across St. Paul and the East Metro.

The group spent time learning about ReConnect Rondo’s latest work, upcoming developments, and the vision guiding our Restorative Development Implementation Plan (RDIP).
One of our favorite moments was transforming the conversation into a session where leaders engaged directly with ideas, opportunities, and possibilities connected to restorative development.

Thank you to the St. Paul Area Chamber and the Leadership St. Paul Cohort for investing time with us and helping shape conversations about what comes next.
