Tell Our Story✨

We are celebrating the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project's 35th Year! For the past three decades we have honored survivors, heroes, and scholars by hearing their stories and bearing witness. Now we are telling our story- a story which you helped write!

What began with a student asking, "what can we do?" to end anti-Semitism and discrimination has evolved into a renowned student organization that- 35 years later continues to respond to that same question.

Please save the date for our 35th Annual Yom HaShoah Commemoration, 4/24/2025

When asked, “what one message do you want the younger generation to take away from your work?” from one of our students in the audience…

Pedro X Molina replied “do not take advantage of your rights in this country, because at any moment they can be taken away! Like we are seeing currently with women’s rights!”

Pedro shared his life lessons with the audience and reminded everyone to stand up for what you believe in, even if that upsets or offends others!

“Civil discourse is the foundation of Democracy”- Daniel Mendelsohn

What a powerful night commemorating the 85th Anniversary of Kristallnacht. Thank you to all who came out and supported the project and the Jewish Federation for our 32nd Annual Kristallnacht program.

Keynote Daniel Mendelsohn, NY Times Bestseller, reminded us of the importance of freedom of education during these trying times.
