Congratulations to Eugenio Marlin, Ibero-American Action League, Inc.'s 2026 President's Award recipient. Ibero’s President’s Award is given to an Ibero employee who has gone above and beyond their duties to contribute to the agency’s mission and serve as a key player in our success.
Eugenio Marlin, Executive Vice President of Ibero-American Development Corporation, is recognized for going above and beyond in his commitment to Ibero’s mission and the Rochester community.
A longtime Ibero leader and dedicated community advocate, Eugenio has played an important role in advancing affordable housing and community development, including the development of El Camino Estates, Pueblo Nuevo, and Alta Vista Apartments. Throughout his years of service, his leadership has helped create opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, and empower residents.
This award will be recognized during IADC’s 40th anniversary at the 2026 State of the Latino Community Luncheon on Thursday, Thursday, October 15, 2026, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM.
