New Group Alert!

We are offering a 7-week therapy group for adult survivors of childhood sexual trauma (prior to age 18). This group is a safe place to learn about how you've been impacted by what happened to you, to learn ways to cope with the effects, and to
gain solid footing for healing and growth.
The group is offered late afternoons, from April 24 through June 5. Participants must commit to all 7 (90-minute) sessions, as consistent attendance is important to creating a safe group.
The group will be co-led by Lynn Acquafondata, LMHC & Jennifer Bateman, MHC-LP.

Grief is a natural response to many forms of loss, especially the recent loss of someone we hold dear.

Grief may be experienced as all sorts of unexpected and uncomfortable feelings.
Coping with loss is a journey and one that is made easier traveling with others who understand what it’s like.

In community, we may begin the healing process
and eventually learn how to move forward.
Saturdays, 1:00 - 2:30 pm @ Spiritus Christi Church starting January 25.

Mental Health Care is a Human Right

We believe everyone should have access to mental health care and support regardless of their insurance status or income. Our volunteer staff of therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, and advocates helps people get the care they need to live safe, healthy, less stressful lives.

Established in 2000 by Spiritus Christi Church, the Center serves ~300 youth and adults from Greater Rochester each year through three primary avenues: Clinical Care and psycho-social support; peer support groups; and an Urban Youth Outreach -- a program focused on the needs of young men of color affected by violence.
