It's Pride Week! 🏳️‍🌈

We're kicking off the week this evening with the annual Rochester Pride Flag Raising Ceremony, where we'll hear from elected officials, community members, this year's Grand Marshal, iambrittanhardgers, and Honorary Marshal aggydune.

On Friday, we're excited to welcome our friends from the NOH8 Campaign for an open photoshoot. Grab your white tee, bring some friends, and come get your photo taken for a great cause!

Then it all leads up to Saturday! Start the day at the Pride Parade and celebrate with us at the Pride Festival. Be sure to stop by the iconic The MOCHA Center - Rochester tent, where we along with hivstopswithme welcome jas.mine_masters for an afternoon filled with laughs, incredible performances, and, of course, the MOCHA Pride Ball.

We are just ONE MONTH away from the Rochester Pride Festival, and we couldn't be more excited!

Join us at the iconic MOCHA Tent as we welcome the hilarious, charismatic, and unforgettable Jasmine Masters for a day filled with drag, dancing, community, and our annual MOCHA Pride Ball.

We are incredibly grateful to partner with HIV Stops With Me to make this event even more special while helping raise awareness about the importance of HIV testing, prevention, and education.

The MOCHA Center is deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved community member, brother, friend, and father, Khris Thornton.

We recognize that our community is hurting, grieving, and searching for space to process this tremendous loss. In response, The MOCHA Center will open its doors this Friday to provide a safe and supportive environment where friends, family, and community members can come together to share memories, find comfort, and celebrate Khris’s life and legacy.

At the request of the family, we will also hold an all-black balloon release in honor of Khris during the gathering.
