The 2019 Healthy Hero Summer Camp will run from Monday, July 1 - Friday, August 2, with no camp on Thursday, July 4. Camp will be open to Rochester City School students who will be entering 1st - 6th grade for Fall 2019 (they must have completed Kindergarten).
In order to complete the online registration you will need:
1. Valid email address
2. Current Physical (dated after August 3, 2018)
3. Immunization Record
4. You can upload the Physical and Immunization Record during the online registration process, or you can fax the documents to the Healthy Hero office (585 292-3845).
Monroe Community College will be hosting Camp Registration Events at the Brighton Campus on the following dates to assist you in the enrollment process. We will have computers available for you to use and will also be accepting paper applications. Please being a paper copy or electronic file of your child’s current Physical (dated after August 3, 2018) and Immunization Record in order to complete the registration process. MCC is conveniently located on the RTS bus line, with drop off in close proximity to the PAC Center - Building 10. Please enter through the main door of the PAC Center and follow signs to Room 10-150. There is also free parking available in Lot G (directly in front of the PAC Center)

Several schools will also be hosting Camp Registration Events to assist their families in the enrollment process. The locations, dates and times will be posted as soon as they are available.
